Operations & technology diagnostic.
A focused one-to-two-week review of how delivery, cloud cost, resilience, ownership, governance and customer commitments actually fit together, ending in a prioritised action plan. Run remotely.
When something is wrong, and it isn’t clear where.
The symptom is in one place. The cause usually isn’t.
Usually it’s more than that: an ownership and prioritisation question.
Agree recovery tiers per business service, with named owners, before anyone designs the target environment.
Managed services priced below what delivery actually cost
Usually it’s more than that: The SLA and support expectations exceeded the assumptions behind the original pricing.
Actual effort, operational ownership, service structure and the renewal model.
A DR programme scoped as infrastructure but blocked by ownership
Usually it’s more than that: The technology problem was solvable. The ownership problem was not.
Recovery tiers, application ownership, service dependency, governance and accountability.
Illustrative situations. Not client specifics.
ILLUSTRATIVE — REAL CASES TO FOLLOW
Where it hurts, why, and what to do first.
A short scoping call to agree the questions the diagnostic must answer, and who I need to speak to.
Conversations with the people who own delivery, operations, commercial and customer relationships, then a review of the contracts, cost data and architecture behind them.
What is actually happening, compared with what everyone assumes, across the eight areas below.
A prioritised plan: what to do first, who should own each item, and what it costs to leave it.
A working session with you to go through the findings and agree next steps.
The eight areas: delivery · cloud cost · resilience · ownership · operating model · governance · customer commitments · execution risk.

Questions about the operations & technology diagnostic.
How much does an operations and technology diagnostic cost?
From USD 4,500 for one to two weeks, depending on size and scope, and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Can the diagnostic be done fully remotely?
Yes. Interviews run by video and documents are shared securely, so it works for teams anywhere.
What access do you need?
A sponsor who can open doors, time with the relevant owners, and the underlying contracts, cost reports and architecture documents.
Do you implement the action plan?
The plan is written so your team can carry it out. An Advisory retainer or Embedded leadership is the usual next step if you want help doing so.
Is this an audit?
No. It’s an operator’s review of how things fit together, not a compliance or financial audit, and not legal advice.
